यह नीति किसी भी seva, दान या स्वैच्छिक योगदान पर लागू होती है जो आप Ainand Maharaj को देते हैं।

This policy applies to any seva, donation, or voluntary contribution made through this website or its associated channels.
2. Voluntary Contributions (स्वैच्छिक योगदान)
Contributions are made voluntarily to support devotional content. As a general rule, voluntary contributions are non-refundable once processed.
3. Cancellation (रद्दीकरण)
Because seva/donation payments are processed immediately through Razorpay, a completed contribution cannot usually be cancelled after successful payment. If you close or cancel the checkout before payment is completed, no amount is charged by us.
4. Exceptions (अपवाद)
If a contribution was made in error or duplicated, you may request a review by contacting us within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. How to Request (अनुरोध कैसे करें)
To request a refund, contact ainandmaharaj@gmail.com with your name, the transaction date, the amount, and a Razorpay payment reference or receipt number. This helps us locate and verify the contribution quickly.
6. Processing Time (प्रक्रिया अवधि)
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
